Returns & Refunds Policy
We take great care in ensuring product quality. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns for opened, used, or seal-broken products due to hygiene and safety standards in Ayurvedic healthcare.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at info@vedobhava.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID and product images.
- Our team will review and arrange for pickup or guide you on the return process.
Refunds:
- If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer (you’ll be asked to share your bank details securely).
